Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are unhappy or have concerns about your purchased order.
It is the buyer or purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct details for delivery including shipping address and contact details when required for shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a secure shipping location and follow the tracking number if provided.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days after full payment of order is made.
As of now, all orders are shipped using Standard Post, An Post Ireland.
All prints are shipped flat in rigid mail envelopes according to print size. Stickers will be shipped in recycled envelopes.
Delivery of purchased orders will be shipped to the address provided. Please ensure that the details of delivery you provide are correct. If an error is made, contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally! Please note that any international customs taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid by the buyer.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders should take 1-2 working days to arrive. For international customers, please allow 3-7 working days to receive your order.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Yes. All customs and taxes incurred are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I get a refund if my order or package is lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, a refund cannot be offered as we have no control of how the order or package is delivered, or handled in the delivery process.

Packaging
We should all try our best to sort out recyclables from non-recyclable waste. All of the clear cello bags we use are 100% biodegradable. Rigid mailers and grey backing boards used are 100% recyclable. Please sort your waste responsibly! All other info for materials used for art prints, postcards etc are is specified with the product listing.
